In order to experience real improvement in your spoken English, you want to establish a regular practice routine just like you would establish a regular work out routine to improve your physical body and overall health.

You will need to schedule 30 minutes to train, 3 days a week. 

You wouldn't try to squeeze a week's worth of workouts or running into a single day for body building or race training. 

Same with pronunciation training. Sitting down and working through all the sessions at once does NOT provide the same benefit and defeats the purpose of the training format.
